Accomplishments

My first Accomplishment:

Developed the first Electrical software in Public Authority for Housing Welfare ( PAHW)

In my second year working at PAHW I decided to develop a software that will help and guide Electrical Site engineers especially working in constructions projects as me. With the help of a friend of mine who also was an Electrical engineer and a programmer, we finished a small software called (Electrical Engineer's Guide) EEG. It almost took us 2 years to accomplish. Recently we both updated the software to include extra tools, and the software is free.

My second :

I was the first person in PAHW to develop a website regarding my major:

While I was developing the software I decided to work on a website mentioned above that will guide new, professional and students of electrical engineering at sites. The website  is (http://engt.webs.com/). The website has a variety of electrical engineering topics that will help you understand some of my work at construction sites, Currently under construction.

My third :

Redesigned Electrical External Cable routes to save money  & time:

In every Electrical external works, I take time to study tender drawings and redesign if needed to save money and time for the ministry ( PAHW).

My Fourth:

I was the first person to introduce E-documents to save time and effort in projects:

At projects, there are a tremendous amount of paper work between the contractor, ministry staff ( us) and head management of ( PAHW). The way we communicated is so absolete that many necssary actions needed fast deciosns took so much time because of the way we still do documents ( HArd copy). Currently I send draft documents to our secertary at site using emails and cloud storage ( DROP BOX).  As a result our communication became more efficient and very fast compared to hard copy. Not just at site, dropbox allowed many PAHW staff to share folders for work related all over the state of Kuwait. However, currently for Electrical department only my  division.

My Fifth :

I was the first in PAHW to interact with MEW staff members regarding ( capacitor banks).

Capacitor banks are new to PAHW projects and I was the first in PAHW to coordinate with MEW staff members on how to approve the contractors submitted capacitor banks. Moreover, I was the first to spot (Manufacturer place of origin visit ) to witness capacitor banks tests in the tender specifications. This eventually will allow all my colleagues in different departments to have the opportunity to learn more about capacitor banks and how they can be tested under test conditions before they are imported in the site.

My Sixth :

One of the first members of PAHW (Electrical Engineers) to be officially approved Trainer (2016).

I was nominated by my department to attend a training course in becoming an official trainer at PAHW. Fortunately after attending the course I was granted an official Trainer's certificate to be one of the first approved Trainers at our ministry.

My Seventh :

One of the First Members of  PAHW ( Electrical Engineer) to introduce a solution to

Semi- Damaged Street light BASES.:

After being assigned to manage street light project in Jaber Al-Ahmad city we encountered many damaged bases that was difficult and impossible sometimes to fix and needed to be replaced in order for the contractor to install the street light

poles. Therefore, I researched a way to fix semi-damaged anchor bolts instead of replacing a whole base that will cost much more we got an approval and started fixing the

anchor bolts/rods as the latest ( Base plate and anchor rod design 2nd edition).
